Abstract
|
|
|
Authors report three cases of extrauterine displacement of Lippes loop possibly due to uterine _perforation on insertion of the Lippes loop.
The incidence, the possible mechanism, and the prevention of the extrauterine displacement of _Lippes loop were discussed..
Of the three patients, two were silent and asymtomatic and were discovered in an attempt to remove the Lippes loop ´on account of occurence of pregnancy.
Of three patients, one had apparent symptoms.
Of three patients one had a hysterectomy, two had laparotomy with -or without repair of uterus.
